Tacoma Goodwill has partnered with Ehli Turners Auctions to manage our vehicle donation program.
Reduce your Federal taxes:
- Tacoma Goodwill is a 501-C3 nonprofit charitable corporation. You can donate a car, truck, trailer, recreational vehicle, boat, airplane etc as well as Real Estate and receive an IRS tax deduction.
How to get started:
- You can start your donation online by completing our donation form or you can call

No risk or expense to you:
- Free vehicle pickup whether your donated car is running or not (some restrictions apply)
- Your donation is fully tax deductible and Ehli Turners Auctions will provide you with a donation receipt for your tax purposes.
- All Department of Motor Vehicle paperwork will be completed by Ehli Turners Auctions
- No confusing paperwork

When a vehicle is donated, Ehli Turners Auctions takes the donor information over the telephone; handles all the paperwork; picks the vehicle up; inspects, cleans and repairs if necessary and sells it at public auction. 75% of the net proceeds go directly to Tacoma Goodwill .
If your vehicle sells for less than $500, the receipt you receive when your vehicle is picked up is the one you use for your tax deduction.
If your vehicles sells for more than $500, you will receive an IRS form 1098-C to file with your Federal Taxes. The IRS allows you to deduct the gross sale amount from your taxes. (Please consult your tax advisor if you have questions)
